TSB Consulting Group LLC (“TSB Consulting Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides management consulting and advisory services and designs, builds, and operates software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit tsbconsultinggroupllc.com, engage us for consulting services, or access our SaaS products and applications (collectively, the “Services”).

Our Role: Controller vs. Processor

For our website, marketing, and general business relationships, we act as a data controller and decide how and why personal information is processed.

When we build or operate a SaaS product for a client, or provide consulting that involves data belonging to a client, we typically act as a data processor (or service provider) that processes that data only on the client's behalf and under the client's instructions, governed by our services agreement or a data processing addendum (DPA). In those cases, the client is the controller, and this policy's controller sections do not apply to that client-owned data — the client's own privacy notice does.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. Contact and business details you share when you inquire, engage us, or correspond — such as name, email, phone, company, role, and the contents of your messages or engagement materials.
Account & product data. When you use a SaaS product we operate, we collect account information (such as name, email, and credentials), configuration and preferences, and records of your activity within the product.
Customer content. Data you or your organization submit to, or generate within, our products or a consulting engagement. Where this is client-owned data, we process it as a processor as described above.
Usage & technical data. IP address, device and browser type, log data, and pages or features used, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Third-party sources. We may receive information from service providers, business partners, and publicly available sources to support our services and outreach.

How We Use Information

To provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
To deliver consulting and advisory engagements and communicate with you.
To create, host, and support our SaaS products, including new features.
To process transactions and send administrative or service messages.
To send marketing communications where permitted (you may opt out at any time).
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use customer content to train models except as expressly permitted by the applicable client agreement.

Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on the bases of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as operating and improving the Services and securing them), your consent (which you may withdraw), and compliance with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed and never sell it. Recipients may include:

Service providers / subprocessors that help us run the Services — for example cloud hosting, databases, analytics, payment processing, email, and scheduling — bound by contract to protect the information and use it only to perform services for us.
Our clients, where we process data on their behalf, and their authorized users.
Legal & safety, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Client-owned data is retained and deleted in accordance with the applicable client agreement or DPA.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. If we process your data on behalf of a client, we will refer your request to that client.
